Centerbridge to Divest Shares in Focus Financial

Paul, Weiss is representing Centerbridge Partners in its sale of shares in Focus Financial Partners, a leading international partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms. An investor group led by Stone Point Capital and KKR will acquire a majority stake in Focus from Centerbridge Partners and other selling shareholders, including Summit Partners, Polaris Partners and certain wealth management affiliates and employees, in a transaction that values Focus at approximately $2 billion.
