Clarion Partners Agrees to Acquire Cross Pen Business

Paul, Weiss client Clarion Capital Partners announced that it has agreed to acquire the pen and accessory business of A.T. Cross Company. Cross pens and related accessories have been standard-issue gifts for graduates for more than 170 years.
The Paul, Weiss team advising Clarion includes M&A partner Paul Ginsberg; finance partner Eric Goodison; employee benefits partner Robert Fleder; tax partner Jeffrey Samuels; real estate partner Peter Fisch; intellectual property counsel Claudine Meredith-Goujon; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
