Paul, Weiss advised D1 Capital in its investment in Fireblocks, an enterprise-grade platform delivering a secure infrastructure for moving, storing and issuing digital and crypto assets for over 800 major institutions. D1 Capital partners, alongside Spark Capital, led the $550 million Series E funding round, with participation from General Atlantic, Index Ventures, CapitalG, Altimeter and others. The round brings the company’s valuation to $8 billion, making Fireblocks the highest-valued digital asset infrastructure provider to date.
