Paul, Weiss is representing an affiliate of Roark Capital Group in its agreement to acquire a majority interest in Jimmy John's Sandwiches, one of the largest and fastest-growing fast-casual restaurant brands in the U.S. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquirer, Roark Capital, is an Atlanta-based private equity firm focused on franchise and consumer brands.
