Paul, Weiss advised Securly, Inc., a student safety and wellness pioneer and a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital, in its acquisition of education technology company Eduspire Solutions, LLC. Eduspire, which makes web-based school software and mobile apps designed to simplify the administration of classroom management and activity periods, serves over 2.5 million students across all 50 states. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
