Corporate partner Matt Abbott wrote an article, “A Look Back at Top PE Trends in 2021,” published in the November/December issue of Mergers & Acquisitions. The article discusses how technology, ESG and an uptick in private equity-backed initial public offerings contributed to one of the busiest years on record for private equity dealmakers, and what lies ahead in 2022.
