KPS Completes Sale of Hussey Copper to International Wire Group

Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners on the sale of its portfolio company Hussey Copper to International Wire Group, a leading manufacturer of copper and copper-alloy wire products in the United States. Hussey, which KPS bought in 2020, is a top North American processor and fabricator of copper products used in electrical infrastructure, data center, power generation and industrial applications. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
