TMT Finance shortlisted Paul, Weiss in the “LatAm Deal of the Year” category as part of the publication’s USA awards. The firm was recognized for its role in SBA Communications’ acquisition of Millicom International Cellular S.A.’s tower portfolio in Central America. The Paul, Weiss team advising SBA Communications Corporation was led by partners Michael Vogel and Salvatore Gogliormella, and included partners Maria-Leticia Ossa-Daza, Brian Krause and Matthew Benedetto, among others. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in New York on October 7.
