BlackRock Invests in Authentic Brands Group

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic LLC in a strategic investment made by entities affiliated with BlackRock, Inc.'s Long Term Private Capital (LTPC) strategy in General Atlantic portfolio company Authentic Brands Group (ABG), owner of a portfolio of iconic and world-renowned brands. LTPC will become the largest investor in ABG, joining existing stakeholders General Atlantic, Leonard Green & Partners, Lion Capital, Simon Property Group, Brookfield Properties, and retired basketball star Shaquille O’Neal.
