By Light Acquires Phacil

Paul, Weiss represented By Light Professional IT Services LLC, a portfolio company of our client Sagewind Capital LLC, in its acquisition of Phacil, Inc. Phacil is a diversified software, cybersecurity, systems engineering and managed services provider to the U.S. government. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
