Carrier’s Automated Logic Contracting Services to Acquire Logical Solutions

Paul, Weiss is advising Carrier’s Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc., a leading Georgia-based provider of innovative, intelligent building-management solutions, on its acquisition of Logical Solutions Inc., a Texas-based provider of building automation and mechanical services. The strategic move adds significant additional scale, technical expertise and capabilities, including field engineers, project managers, application engineers and service professionals, to Automated Logic’s growing national footprint. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
