Franklin Energy Acquired by Abry Partners

Paul, Weiss represented Franklin Energy Group, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, LLC, in its sale to Boston-based private equity firm Abry Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Franklin Energy is a leading provider of demand-side management solutions to utility clients.
