GCOM Software Acquires Three Sigma

Paul, Weiss represented New York-based technology consulting firm GCOM Software LLC in its acquisition of Three Sigma Software. GCOM Software provides software consulting services to public sector clients; Three Sigma is the leading provider of software and services for the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Food and Nutrition program, a federal assistance program that currently serves more than 7 million households per month. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
