Paul, Weiss is advising GE Aerospace in its $11.75 billion acquisition of Consolidated Precision Products, a leading manufacturer of highly engineered castings, from private investment firms Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners. Under the terms of the deal, the purchase will be financed with $7 billion in cash, with the remainder in new debt. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions.
