General Atlantic Leads Investment in Athletic Brewing Company

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic in its leadership of an equity financing round in Athletic Brewing Company, America’s largest non-alcoholic brewery. With the closing of the transaction, General Atlantic assumed a seat on the company's board of managers.
