General Atlantic Portfolio Company Joe & the Juice Receives Investment From Emirates International Investment Company

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic and Joe & the Juice on a minority investment by Emirates International Investment Company LLC, a subsidiary of United Arab Emirates-based National Holding LLC, in the global juice and coffee chain. The transaction valued Joe & the Juice at $1.8 billion.
