General Atlantic to Invest in Power Grid Technology Company PowerGEM

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic on its strategic growth investment, through its BeyondNetZero fund, in PowerGEM, an advanced simulation software and technical services provider for North American power grid engineering and energy market efficiency. Financial details were not disclosed.
