Golden Gate Capital to Acquire Virginia Green

Paul, Weiss is advising San Francisco-based private equity firm Golden Gate Capital in the recapitalization of Virginia Green, the leading provider of lawn care in Virginia. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Golden Gate’s strategic investment will build on Virginia Green’s long track record of growth and support the company’s expansion.
