Paul, Weiss is representing I-Pulse, the world’s leading high-pulsed power company, in a definitive agreement for a $250 million award administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s CHIPS Research and Development Office. Under the agreement the agency will provide the funds to help I-Pulse further develop its proprietary semiconductor and pulsed power technology.
