Kohlberg Acquires Senneca Holdings

Paul, Weiss represented Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C. in its acquisition of Cincinnati-based Senneca Holdings, Inc. from Audax Private Equity. Senneca Holdings is the leading North American manufacturer and distributer of specialty doors and enclosures for commercial and industrial end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
