KPS Capital Sells Genesis Attachments to NPK Construction Equipment

Paul, Weiss represented KPS Capital Partners in its sale of Genesis Attachments, LLC to NPK Construction Equipment, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Genesis is a global leading producer of high-quality hydraulic mobile shears, specialty demolition attachment tools, grapples, concrete processors and associated aftermarket parts.
