Oak Hill Announces Partnership With Guild Garage Group

Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Capital in its partnership with Guild Garage Group, a coalition of leading residential garage door service providers comprised of over 500 certified technicians and 28 local brands across 30 states. Under the terms of the partnership Guild’s management and local brand operators will continue to be significant business owners going forward. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
