OTG to Acquire OHM Concession Group

Paul, Weiss is advising airport hospitality company OTG Management in its acquisition of concessions operator OHM Concession Group. The acquisition will create a combined organization that will operate across airports in the United States and Canada. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by partners Samuel Welt, Brian Bolin and Joseph Friedman, and includes, among others, corporate partners Timothy Cruickshank and Steven Kaye; tax partner Brian Krause; intellectual property partner Claudine Meredith-Goujon; litigation partner John Carlin and counsel Audrey Paquet; and real estate partner Peter Fisch.
