OTG to Acquire OHM Concession Group

Paul, Weiss is advising airport hospitality company OTG Management in its acquisition of concessions operator OHM Concession Group. The acquisition will create a combined organization that will operate across airports in the United States and Canada. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
