Palladium to Sell Prince to American Securities

Paul, Weiss is representing Prince International Corporation, a portfolio company of funds affiliated with Palladium Equity Partners, LLC, in its sale to affiliates of American Securities LLC. Prince is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals and industrial additives and acts as a link between global suppliers and niche end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
