PRA Acquires Koncept Events

Paul, Weiss represented leading business events management company PRA Events, Inc. in its acquisition of Koncept Events, a business events company serving South Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean. PRA is a portfolio company of Paul, Weiss client CI Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
