QuantiTech Acquires Systems Engineering Group

Paul, Weiss advised QuantiTech LLC, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital LLC, in its acquisition of Systems Engineering Group, Inc. (SEG) from Griffon Corporation. Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, SEG is a leading provider of threat engineering, analysis and simulation services to the U.S. government, including missile defense, hypersonics and intelligence analysis. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
