Paul, Weiss advised QXO, Inc., a leading distributor of building products in North America, in its $17 billion acquisition of TopBuild Corp., the largest North American distributor and installer of insulation and related building products. The deal significantly expands QXO’s scale and capabilities across the building products value chain. QXO now holds leadership positions in North America’s insulation, roofing, waterproofing, and lumber and building materials sectors.
