Roark Capital’s Youth Enrichment Brands Acquires School of Rock

Paul, Weiss advised Roark Capital Group and its portfolio company Youth Enrichment Brands (YEB), the nation’s leading youth activities platform, in YEB’s acquisition of School of Rock, a leading provider of performance-based music education for children and adults. The deal bolsters YEB’s best-in-class youth camps, sports leagues and swim instruction with School of Rock’s industry-leading music education. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
