Paul, Weiss Vets Nearly 200 Potential Judicial Nominees

A Paul, Weiss team of more than 50 attorneys and paralegals has completed nearly 200 judicial vetting reports over the past year on behalf of pro bono client American Constitution Society (ACS), a progressive legal organization committed to achieving a diverse judiciary. The team assembled comprehensive reports on potential judicial nominees, which in turn were submitted by ACS to President Biden’s White House Counsel office for consideration.
The Paul, Weiss team receives the names of potential judicial nominees gathered from ACS’ wide-ranging network; thoroughly researches each nominee’s online presence and experience; and assembles a 10-20 page report on each nominee. Multiple nominees that the Paul, Weiss team vetted have been selected by President Biden.
