CGI Completes $1 Billion Notes Offering

Paul, Weiss advised CGI Inc. in its inaugural U.S. offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 1.450% notes due 2026 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.300% notes due 2031, led by J.P. Morgan, Scotiabank, TD Securities and HSBC. Founded in 1976, CGI is among the largest independent IT and business consulting services firms in the world.
