Paul, Weiss advised Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd in the offering of 18,600,000 of its common shares, representing gross proceeds to Osisko Gold of approximately $250 million. Eight Capital and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. acted as lead underwriters for the transaction. Headquartered in Montreal, Osisko Gold is an intermediate precious metal royalty company with a portfolio of more than 160 royalties, streams and precious metal offtakes.
