ABC Technologies to Acquire Plastikon’s Automotive Business

Paul, Weiss is advising ABC Technologies Holdings Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of custom, highly engineered, technical plastics and lightweighting innovations to the global automotive industry, in its $130 million acquisition of Plastikon Industries’ automotive business. The business, which will be renamed Plastikon Automotive, is a Tier One and Tier Two automotive interiors, assemblies and electric vehicle battery housing supplier. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
