Kohlberg Acquires AM Conservation Group

AM Conservation Group, a leader in energy and water efficiency programs, products and services, announced that it has been acquired by funds managed by Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., a leading private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Angelo Bonvino, Thomas de la Bastide and Chuck Googe; employee benefits counsel Reuven Falik; and tax partner Brad Okun.
