AM Conservation Merges With Franklin Energy

Paul, Weiss client AM Conservation Group, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, LLC, announced that it has completed a merger with Franklin Energy. AM Conservation is a Charleston, S.C.-based provider of energy and water conservation products and energy efficiency program implementation services, and Franklin Energy is a leading implementer and administrator of energy efficiency programs, offering utility-focused services across the U.S. and Canada. The combined company will have newly expanded energy efficiency program administration capabilities, along with bolstered education program and demand response services.
