Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management in obtaining financing commitments from a group of banks to support Apollo’s announced voluntary tender offer for 100% of the shares of Spanish industrial testing company Applus Services, S.A., which values the company at €1.23 billion.
