D1 Capital Leads $130 Million Funding Round in Multiverse

Paul, Weiss represented D1 Capital Partners in a $130 million Series C funding round in tech startup Multiverse. D1 Capital and BOND led the funding round, bringing the total funding for the company to $194 million. New York City-based Multiverse aims to create a diverse group of future leaders by building an alternative to university and corporate training and by offering apprenticeships to those looking to reskill or upskill. Funds from the round will allow the company to meet demand for professional apprenticeships in the U.S. and the UK.
