Lottomatica Completes €500 Million Notes Offering

Paul, Weiss advised Lottomatica S.p.A., an Apollo portfolio company and the largest player in the Italian regulated gaming market, in an issuance of €500 million of floating-rate senior secured notes due 2030. The gross proceeds from the offering will be used, together with cash on hand, to fund Lottomatica’s acquisition of the entire share capital of SKS365 Malta Holding Limited, a leading omnichannel operator in the Italian online and sports betting market.
