Paul, Weiss represented By Light Professional IT Services LLC, a portfolio company of our client Sagewind Capital LLC, in its acquisition of Metova Federal, LLC. Metova Federal is a leading provider of tailored cyber training solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
