Federal Advisory Partners Acquires Favor TechConsulting

Paul, Weiss advised Federal Advisory Partners, a leading public sector management consulting firm and portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, in its acquisition of Favor TechConsulting, LLC, a leading IT solutions and services provider serving federal government agencies. The transaction will help deliver enhanced, full lifecycle, integrated management consulting and IT services capabilities across the federal sector. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
