Oak Hill Capital to Sell Trinity Consultants to Veritas Capital

Paul, Weiss is advising Oak Hill Capital and its portfolio company Trinity Consultants in Veritas Capital’s acquisition of Trinity, a leading provider of engineering and consulting services to the natural and built environment. Under the terms of the deal, Oak Hill will reinvest in Trinity and remain a minority shareholder. The transaction is expected to close by the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
