Roark Invests in US Sports Camps

Paul, Weiss is advising affiliates of Atlanta-based private equity firm Roark Capital in an investment in US Sports Camps, the licensed operator of Nike Sports Camps and the nation’s leading youth sports camp company, serving more than 100,000 campers annually across 1,200+ camps in 48 states. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
