Roark to Acquire Nothing Bundt Cakes

Paul, Weiss is advising Roark Capital in its acquisition of Nothing Bundt Cakes, a market-leading franchisor and operator of gourmet bakeries offering specialty bundt cakes in 390 locations across the U.S. and Canada. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed; the transaction marks Roark’s 29th restaurant investment and 92nd franchise/multi-location brand.
