Litigation counsel Jennifer Gordon was recognized by The American Lawyer’s “Litigation Daily” column for winning summary judgment for Genentech in patent litigation brought by Baxalta Inc. in the District of Delaware.
Baxalta targeted Genentech’s groundbreaking hemophilia treatment HEMLIBRA®. On January 13, the court found the patent Baxalta was asserting invalid for lack of enablement—a major win in this high-stakes dispute over Genentech’s blockbuster treatment.
