Qualcomm to Acquire NXP

Paul, Weiss is representing wireless technology leader Qualcomm Incorporated in its agreement to acquire NXP Semiconductors for $47 billion. The transaction represents the largest ever in the semiconductor industry. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2017.
