TJP Labs Sells Range of Nicotine Pouches to ITG Brands

Paul, Weiss advised Canada-based manufacturer TJP Labs in the sale of a range of nicotine pouches to tobacco company ITG Brands, a member of the Imperial Brands PLC group, enabling ITG’s future entrance into the oral nicotine market in the U.S. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
