Paul, Weiss has advised General Atlantic (GA) in its minority investment in Peixe Urbano, the first and leading collective buying website in Brazil. GA's investment in Peixe will provide financial and strategic resources for recruiting, new marketing campaigns and expansion in Brazil, Argentina and other Latin American countries.
