Paul, Weiss represented an affiliate of KPS Capital Partners, LP in its acquisition of WHA Holding SAS (Winoa) from a consortium of investors. Winoa is the leading global manufacturer of steel abrasives across the transportation, equipment, energy and construction markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
