Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners, LP in its creation of Speira Holdings, LP and in Speira’s approximately $1.67 billion acquisition of the global aluminum rolling business from Norsk Hydro ASA. Speira is a leading global manufacturer of aluminum rolled products, serving some of the most well-known companies in the global automotive, packaging, printing, engineering, building and construction industries.
