Apollo Funds Acquire Tony’s Fresh Market

Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management in their acquisition of Tony’s Fresh Market, a leading Chicago-based grocery retailer offering high-quality, affordable groceries. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
