General Atlantic Leads Series E Funding for Opendoor

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic in its $325 million Series E funding, alongside Access Technology Ventures and Lennar Corporation, of Opendoor, an online real estate marketplace that simplifies home buying and selling.

The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Neil Goldman, Robert Zochowski, Matthew Abbott and Dale Sarro; tax partner Patrick Karsnitz; intellectual property partner Chuck Googe; real estate partner Peter Fisch; and environmental counsel William O’Brien.
